My Son’s career as a diesel mechanic has opened my eyes to the challenges faced by young mechanics today. He’s incredibly dedicated to his craft, but the financial burden imposed by traditional tool truck businesses has placed unnecessary stress on him and his peers. The overwhelming debt they accumulate just for essential tools seems unfair. This fueled my desire to make a change.
Spent many years on the road as a truck driver, witnessing similar stories of financial strain. Have seen young, talented individuals struggle, not because they’re not good at what they do, but because the system isn’t set up in their best interest.
Contemplated starting a tool truck franchise myself but soon realized that this model isn’t effective for young mechanics. The idea of carrying the bank-like responsibilities of debt collection and financing seemed outdated and extremely stressful. Instead, Chose to create something that helps rather than hinders.
